◇発送について　＜By shipping＞

　お支払い後、商品の作製に入らせていただきます。

　職人が1つ1つ丁寧に作製しますので、発送まで最大７日程度のお時間を頂戴しております。

　お急ぎの方は、ご購入前に予めご相談下さい。

　After payment, we will start making the product.

　Since the craftsmen carefully make each one, it takes up to 7 days to ship.

　If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance before purchasing.

◇キャンセル・返品ついて　＜Cancellation / Return＞

　「思ったものとイメージが違った」「気が変わった」など、お客様の都合によるキャンセル・返品はお断りさせていただきます。

　万が一、不良品があった場合はすぐに対応させて戴きますので、お手数ですが当社までご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。

　We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's convenience, such as "the image is different from what you expected" or "changed mind".

　In the unlikely event that there is a defective product, we will respond immediately, so please contact us.

◇納品書等について　＜About delivery note / receipt＞

　当店では配送トラブルによる個人情報の流出防止の観点から、納品書を同封しておりません。

　納品書又は、領収証が必要な方はご注文の際に【備考欄】へ「納品書または領収書を希望」と記載していただくようお願い致します。

　We do not enclose a delivery note from the viewpoint of preventing the leakage of personal information due to delivery troubles.

　If you need a delivery note or receipt, please write "I would like a delivery note or receipt" in the [Remarks] when ordering.
